Promag Polymer Mags

Post by hawcer on Tue Feb 21, 2012 3:04 pm

Anyone had any problems with them besides me?

I ordered two 32 rounders for my 9mm upper and one broke a feed lip off with only 20 rounds loaded in it and never made it to the gun and the other one is a real pain to get it to lock into the receiver...but did work once I got it to stay in the receiver. They just seem to thin at the feed lips for a polymer mag. The goos news is...the Promag 9mm mag adapter seems to work like it's supposed to.

I returned them to midway for an exchange on some C-products steel mags....hopefully I have better luck with them.

Not sure if these are the same as the Pmags, however, I have never had them for 9mm... The only Pmags that I have owned was for .223 and I will never own anything else but Pmags. Never had a problem with Pmags and have worked flawlessly. The feed lips on them have never scratched my brass like the metal ones has and they just IMO feed alot smoother as well..

If these are not the same as Pmags, then no I have not used them and appologize for the mix up lol..

I am not up to date on all the magazines on the market. Once I find something that works, there isn't any other reason for me to continue the search LOL...

I have learned something new....Thanks

That gives me an idea!!!!
