Oh i got in on the deal. Got a few moulds hehehe.

If they do cast a little undersize, no problem, just cast a boolit in each cavity, take a bolt, screw into the boolit, put some turtle wax on the boolit and slowly turn it lapping it back out.

well I got my 309 mold, looks fine, its a single cavity though, I thought it would have been a dobule.

They sent me an email that my 312 was unavailable and credited me back $10.

here are some .347 round that i cast today with my $10.00 Lee mold. had to leement the mold with Ajax cleanser now they fill the the mold well and fall right when you open the mold. so for the $20..00 that i spent for the two were well worth it. i will be using these for double buck loads. i can fit 8 balls in a wad.

Very nice Rick, me likey....

leementing, if Rick does not mind, basically, you are lapping the mould to clear any burrs that might be present so that the casts will fall out without having to smoke up your mould or beat the sprue plate open. You can also enlarge the diameter of the mould cavity if you like....

double 00 buck is .33 caliber and these are .347 which we can call them .34 caliber. i don't know what the ball caliber is on the 000 buck. this is just my version of a encono 00 buck shot load using a $10.00 mold. a little slow, but in the end you will get there.

you cast a bullet or ball in the mold insert a screw into the base of projectile wet mold and cast bullet with water and the coat with Ajax and lap using a cordless drill. sometimes you have to do this a couple of times if the mold is undersized. get yourself a bottle of two stroke oil..synthetic or regular and use to lube sprue plate and pins.HTH
